Hello I'm Jinzy and I am sad that Gary has left us. Let's hope that he is taking a short break and will be back with us shortly. I am sending only good thoughts and wishes his way. He will be sorely missed. I have some BIG shoes to fill. I am hoping for your support. I am interested in ANY suggestions that you may have to make this place more inviting and comfortable. Please tell me your ideas. None are too small. Your comfort and well being are my number one concern. I want to be able to give Gary back the number #1 Lost board when he returns. I need ALL of you to help me.

Thanks DD. Right now I'm trying to see what direction everyone wants the board to go in. Any suggestions on improvements are welcome. I have some ideas but the last thing I want is this to be a dictatorship.
