Re: …
Very sweet. I also bought this...
http://www.amazon.com/Tiki-Tiki-Rimbo-Robert-Earl-Damm/dp/1438921780
It came up as one of those "if you like this, you MAY like these" books when I bought Tiki Joe Mysteries. Once I got past all the books about Tiki Barber, I saw this one. I was intrigued so I added it to my cart.
You know what else is sweet? I went to the Harry Potter exhibit yesterday. I got to see Snape's robes...yes, the REAL ones...made for Alan Rickman. So completely wonderful. The details and the artistry put into these movie props and sets blew my mind. So fun. I think my favorite parts were Hagrid's Hut and the things from the potions classroom. I may have to go back before the exhibit leaves Boston. I've got a while, it's here until Feb.
p.s. I'm always amazed at how small the costumes for some of the women are. Hermione's dress from the Yule Ball and Bellatrix Lestrange's prison garb are absolutely tiny...really...tres petite. Same thing happened when I saw the Lord of the Ring's exhibit. Cate Blanchett is impossibly little.

Re: …
You HAVE to see it...really. The Forbidden Forest, The Marauder's Map, Dolores Umbridge's kitten plates...
and the most overheard comment of the day? "Let's have a Harry Potter marathon when we get home!" I love how the exhibit reminded everyone of the greatness that is Harry Potter...

Re: …
This adult adores them, too. I started reading The Chamber of Secrets again (like, the second I came home from the exhibit) because the props from Gilderoy Lockhart's classroom were soooooo hilarious (especially the self portrait he painted of...uh...himself...painting...uh himself), but I just picked up the new Stephen King book and it's over 1000 pages, so it looks like I'll busy reading Stephen. I'll have to get back to Harry. Hey, this reminds me...where the heck are my tiki books I ordered?...they should be here by now....argh.
