Roman Polanski & His Hollywood Defenders

Are a pack of immoral and evil child rapists.

WTF? Just WTF?

Though, I love Chris Rock. "Thirteen is thirteen!"

I really can't believe people are defending that piece of vile roach vomit just because he's made some movies. Are you effing kidding me? He's an artist? Fuuuuuuuuuuudge!

By their standard we should be able to find an excuse for all child molesters because they are good at macaroni art or something.

Bunch of asshats.

Yeah...they are. Total Asshats...I hadn't heard Chris Rock's comment. What a moron. Oh wait...I forgot...they don't have to follow the same rules as everyone else. When someone in the real world behaves immorally, they want to make a movie about it...depictions of evil perverts and monsters tend to win Oscars...

When they behave that way?...it's okay (funny even). Yikes.

Oh, Chris Rock and Jay Leno totally ragged on the stupidity of the asshats. Rock totally came down on the right side of this issue. So did Leno.

I wonder if Polanski was ever an altar boy if they would be as supportive.

I am seriously beyond this whole insanity. Jinzy was right, first the Michael Jackson insanity, now Roman Polanski. OMG. Just OMG.

Ooops...that's what I get for trying to reply to posts when I'm still really tired from travelling.
I thought it was kind of odd...I saw something later about Chris Rock being a good guy about the Roman Polanski thing and I was wondering what the heck was going on. I so stupid...I'm happy to hear that I misinterpreted your post, though. It's nice to know they're not all asshats.

Polanski is Jewish and is Holocaust survivor, so the alter boy thing probably never happened

What I totally do not get is- just because time passed it's ok that he did this and then ran away from being responsible for it???????????????

hmmm.....
but then I also do not understand how the prez got a nobel peace prize........

although when I heard that I got serious flashes of the "Left Behind" series just minus the Rapture part

I know, Em. It's just incomprehensible. I want to know why the mother was never arrested. She should be in the same cell as Roman.

and...Obama...I didn't want to be the one who said it, but yes, Left Behind series. I joked about it at first, but now??? I'm just saying...

Jinzy, you got it. This stuff is just INSANE.

I really think that Obama got the Nobel simply because he isn't W. That's it.

I know nobody wanted to say it first- but the whole thing really does give me a shiver down the back Left Behind meets George Orwell kind of feeling. But if I say anything people tell me I am nutz. And perhaps I am, but perhaps not.

But the Nobel?? Puhh leeese even tho the peanut farmer got one (and I will give him points- he does at least build houses for people and makes them help and have some ownership in it) and Al Gore who DID invent these internets and tell us it was hot outside, I still think that Mr. Nobel is doing the twisty turn in his grave and Armageddon may be just around the corner- a Peace Price for what your speechwriter wrote that you might do ,maybe sorta?

just wish I could afford to move to Montana and build a really big moat and take all y'all with me

Yeppers, extra creeps at the way people are slavishly worshiping our 'Ear Leader. I just do not get it. I do not understand the attraction to him, his policies, anything. His resume for the job could not possibly be thinner, he was in the US Senate a mere 40 days before beginning to campaign for POTUS. WTF? 40 days of higher office? After a short time at the state level? After never running anything? Ever? But he's the personification of Hope! (R) and Change!(C).

He can't even speak extemporaneously and is so utterly dependent upon his teleprompter that he's lost without it.

And a Nobel Peace Prize? He was nominated after 9 flipping days. WTF? 9 days. Maybe I'd give it to him if he shat world peace out his arse in those 9 days but he'd done nothing. NO ONE could have. 9 days? NINE!!!!!

I'm also hellapissed about the whole government spending more money than we can possibly pay back before my grandchildren die. ARRRGGHHHHHHHHHH!

Hey, did you hear that the Nobel Peace Prize winner duffed the Dalai Lama when he was in town?

Well, if you were owned by the Chinese, you'd duff the Dali Lama too.
