I was busy cramming all the school shopping in today, since it's tax free this weekend AND Old Navy was giving 30% off to military.
I'm so glad it's all done. And holy crap it was expensive. Next year I'll have to clothe the girl, too. Not to mention that'll be a third kid who needs school supplies. I swear the required items list gets longer and longer every year. What does a kindergartner need a 5 subject notebook for, anyway?
The trade off is that in 8 short days the boys will be gone 7 hours a day, 5 days a week.

I actually got to work for awhile- It was prolly good for the bank account a little- but vewwwyy frusterating.
I have NEWS though
The baby fairies are bringing us a GIRL baby!!
AND even more mysterious and wonderfuller- my eldest son is getting MARRIEDED!!!!
I thought he would Never find his split-apart soul but it seems he found her 10 years ago and it took that long for the two of them to get to the place where thwy reognized it!!
Happy Happy joy joy!! She is a pocket princess and ... A REDHEAD !! a true little magnolia - wedding is in SC in May-
When he asked her father for her hand the daddy said " Well son, I suppose you now owe me three pigs and a goat"

Well, they DID consider that name- but with all of the other relatives and friends who had that one the wanted to go for one that was a bit more original so they are seriously considering:
Emmi Onyxcessjinzicle Sodouglass Slugtiki
And I have received word that the wedding might be done in an RV-Pirate-Tiki theme for some reason. I of course am all for it!!
