Vote For Your Favorite GS Cookie!

Wifeybear is cookie Mom. So I'm sitting amongst 67 cases of Girl Scout cookies. After much soul searching, I've got to say that Tagalongs are my favorite. Say....What's that I'm sitting on?...Oh, Trefoils... :8}

By the way, I eat all my GSC's unfrozen, like a civilized human should.

Me no like GS. The (at least in this area) discriminate against the handicap. I tried for years to get Goo Bear in and finally a got someone to call back. The woman stated that Goo Bear had been "dumped" on her. Of course I didn't want Goo to participate in an organization that had that kind of attitude towards the disabled and that is why I don't eat of the cookie.

DUMPED??? Goo Bear DUMPED on somebody????

I think I would be a bit UPSET too. Do you need any flying monkeys Jinzicle? I shall be passing near and would sooo not ming sending a few, or I could just send Forrest over.
Tell Goo Bear I love her and think that the GS lady did not read her GS handbook and did not know what she was doing.!!!

Yikes! Jeez Jinzy, it sounds like you and Goo Bear run into a lot of jerks. Stupid. Kind of completely opposite of what the GS are supposed to stand for.
You should report her to the GS Council. Really.

AS for the cookies? My personal favorite has always been...Thin Mints. Sean? Tell your little GS that I'll take 754 boxes.

Unfrozen? I've never even heard of eating them frozen. They don't last long around here, anyway.

Samoas. They are the devil, but I really like them. a lot.

I had good GS leaders and craptastical ones. it just depends. the good ones would have been happy to have goobear. the crappy didn't want me either. (i had independence issues when it came to stupid leadership decisions....I know, imagine that...)

no, i'm not sure. in fact, i'm sure we are. i could eat an entire box of samoas all by my onesie. and the next day do the same thing all over again. that's why I say they are the devil. they tempt me with that come hither chocolate and coconut combination and then hook me in like a crack addict in south-east with that flavor. oh man, i'm nearly powerless in their grasp...

Okay...I was going to share my "not wanted" girl scout story with you all but decided not to. Then, I read your posts and have changed my mind. I won't bore you with all the details but , along with my friend Margaret, I was voted the "Worst Camper"...two years in a row. Funny, but I don't really remember all the details about what we did to deserve that special honor...must having been pretty bad, though.

oh my gosh! i always had the responsibility of looking after the girls that were terrible campers. by the end, I'd usually have them running through the woods being crazy wild people by the end.

Yeah...I think I was going through a "I sick of always being the good one" phase. Thankfully, it was very brief.

That's terrible, Jinz! I would think somebody could have gotten in a lot of trouble over something like that.

Yeah, my wife eats Thin Mints frozen.
It's pretty common to eat a whole box by one's self at one's desk. This is known as "cubicle binging". Ha! I'm too much of a cookie s!ut to really stick to just one flavor. That's why I buy a box of each of the top four. So, I could theoretically eat four boxes at once this way...

You know? Even though I'd never heard of freezing GS cookies, the idea of frozen Thin Mints is really very interesting. I think I have to try it. Unfortunately, we are WAY out of the scouting phase around my house. I can only hope that there'll be a troup stationed outside the grocery store some day when I go shopping. There's usually a very big line at the table but I can wait.

i love candy corn, but only in the fall when it's harvested.

you all ever put peeps in the microwave? it's superfun to watch them expand and expand and expand. they never blow up. at least, if you put them in for less than a minute they don't blow up. other than that I can't think of a good reason for peeps existance.
