i had that after a tumble down some strairs.

ultra sonic massage machine thingycleared it up, at our local sports rehabilitation place.
it's worth asking your gp to refer you somewhere. emoticon

this weekend 3-5ft and glassy or light onshore conditions for west facing beaches... period wise ill call it 12-15 seconds..

Ok, I'll have a go. This is what I reckoned this morning:

2 - 4 foot. Clean. Medium length period so lined up but not epic. Swell direction better on Due west facing beaches.

Medium strength SE offshore wind to most NW facing breaks. Could be a little cross sure at true West facing beaches.

Sat AM best session possibly rising to 3 - 5 foot.

Cold.

Right: Overhead and messy on exposed beaches. Head high and messy in semi-shelter. Chest high close-outs in shelter. Flat in deep shelter.
