okay for the photobucket....go into your account...then go to your account options top right corner..scroll down, you will see under ALBUM OPTIONS that it asks if you want to make your album public....make sure it says yes....
once it says yes copy the URL LOCATION which is also under ALBUM OPTIONS, log out of your account and then paste it here, it should work
make sure you log out after you copy the link

yahoo should be done relatively the same way....go to the site, click on share album...it will ask you how to share album make sure you have it on public display, the easiest way I found was to choose email my album, type in your own email, send it to yourself. when you get the email then copy the link. log out of your account and paste the link in the forum!
