Guidelines on posting pictures
Pornography
No porn please! We don’t mind buns, but lets not post full frontal stuff here. Even if it is (or might be) Eric… This isn’t just our rule, it is also in the terms of service from Runboard. You can find the TOS here; http://www.runboard.com/legal/terms_of_service
Hotlinking
No hotlinking. If you want to post a picture or artwork, please link to your own online-album. Examples of these are Photo bucket and Yahoo. If you are not sure how to get one, feel free to ask one of the admins/mods. We are always happy to help out.
Picture sizes
Even when it comes to pictures of our gorgeous man, if you post pics that are HUGE it eats up bandwidth. Also, the person opening the page has to keep readjusting their page so they can see the picture. So please either thumbnail or resize to about 600 pixels wide. If your not sure how big your picture is, right-click on the picture and select properties.
Crediting
Please credit the website or magazine (when you scanned the picture yourself) when posting. Check to see if the owner of the website mentions how they want you to treat their pics.
This is especially important when it comes to scan, artwork, manips, avatars, wallpaper and things like that.
Quoting
When you are quoting somebody, please don’t quote with the picture in it (even if it is Eric). This way of quoting uses up bandwidth.
