Smash Bros. Brawl and Wii connect 24
*None of this is confirmed, this is just a theory of mine*
Lets face it: This is the last Smash Bros. Sure, there might be one on Nintendos next console, but by the looks of the Wii sales, it looks like Nintendo doesn't even need to worry about making another one. So, when the characters from Brawl start getting a little repetative, what do we do? Do we wait for the next smash bros to see some new characters?
No.
Through Wii connect 24, we can get downloads overnight. Downloads that update our game, like Nintendo promised when they first announced Wii connect 24. Updates: character updates. Think about the possibilities! Every week, every month, every other month, it doesn't matter when, what matters is that it can happen! This game can handle so many characters, why put them all out at once? Nintendo could release new characters, new items, new stages. With Wii connect 24 and atomatic updates, just imagine what could happen! Melee has held up great over time, but we've seen those characters are starting to get old. With Brawl, in three or four years, that might happen too. But with new character downloads, that could all come to an end.
Do you think this is possible? Would you like to see this happen? Do you have any ideas what Nintendo could do with Brawl and Wii connect 24? Post here, lets here them!

Then they should pick up a Wifi usb adaptor. I'm not saying that Nintendo should not have lots of characters in the game, I'm just saying that in time they can create new characters and upload them.

nintendo can release a program on the comp that lets people burn data onto blank CDs and put the CD in thier comp, then download the characters, and for people who dont have comps, how the hell could they afford a Wii anyways

yea well if they have the internet already to download the connection why not use a lan adapter? we could allways ask Q666 if the programs possible. and the new characters might not be possible becuase of the online element if someone has them and the person that doesnt have them is playing you, whose to say that the can even see your new character? and even if they want the new stuff whose to say they have a computer i had a wii before we had are computer.
