Eroding Hay Flats
Hi All.
I haven't hunted out in the Palmer Hay Flats in years. Been able to fly out(wink,wink). Probably ten years if I think about it. At that time I use to take a four wheeler and head to the inlet to where there was an abundance of small ponds. A wonderful hot spot at the time. When I walked out there I was met with a huge slough right through the middle of where the ponds use to be.
Also out at Birchwood flats where I use to get lots of Geese years ago. The inlet is swallowing up realestate out there as well. Places I use to hunt don't even exist anymore.
