I'm not sure of and copyright legalities of the name The Jam - if anyone has any rights it would be Nicky wouldn't it?  as I think it was HER who suggested it?!
I personally do not think Rick and Bruce should go out under than name. Why not just stay put as The Gift as thats what we all know and love now!
