Roger Daltrey syle vocalist sought.
I have recently put together a band to play "The Who's" Tommy in its entirety, consisiting of myself on drums, two great guitarists and a bass player. The missing part of the jigsaw is a daltrey style vocalist who can meet the range required. We are not touting ourselves as a Who tribute band but a band who will perform 'Tommy' so no need for a successful applicant to have flowing golden locks as long as he can sing. We have tried a couple of people out and have adverts out there but to no avail. I have gone down this road as J60 have come to a grinding halt due to a couple of the other lads having other commitments now but i believe this is still an exciting project.We have our own rehearsal and recording facilities in Birmingham so if anyone knows a good vocalist who may fit the bill send them my way. Preferably aged 18-35 and based in Birmingham/west mids would be helpful. Hopefully if we can find this last part of the jigsaw we may be coming to a venue near you.
