The New Orleans/Louisiana accent is interesting. It's like a cross between a Southern US accent and a New York accent. N'allins.
I think one of the sexy accents I've heard was from an Argentinian girl.
Worst accent, even though it's from where I'm from, but the upstate New York state and upper Midwest accent is a bit annoying. Hearing a person call Soda 'Pop'(or rather PAWP) is grating.
The Canadian accent can be slightly annoying as well.

Greetings from Australia! 
It's been a hot day over here (39 deg celcius). But anyway, just thought id give my opinion on accents. I love the Liverpool accent, and like Ozmodbird18, also like the manchester one.

THE most annoying accent is the sound of white London yoof talking like their Jamaican yardies.Pathetic.....and they're all doing it!

I love geordie accents,im always copying um.
I have a broad London accent.. i cant pronounce most words due to me being lazy, or thick one of the two
