New NASGRASS Track in LABelle

Hi All,
NASGRASS was chosen for a sole lease on a piece of property to develop a Lawnmower Racing Facility! The New NASSGRASS Track will be located on Pratt Boulevard in Labelle, across the airport from the existing track. The track itself was the old BMX track, the Google Earth coordinates are 26 deg 44 min 36.99 sec N X 81 deg 25 min 39.51 sec W for a bird’s eye view zoom in to about 700’ eye altitude to see the BMX track. There isn’t much of this track left currently, mainly some concrete that the county tried to break up.
We will be developing this property over time to be much like the track in Avon Park, we will be needing materials to do this, if you know anyone that would donate any materials remember we are a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that IS recognized by the IRS to receive charitable contributions. I DO have an up to date letter to that effect from the IRS. This property has electricity, and water, so we can install lights like in Avon Park. We will need poles for this, Brian Mount will be heading up the design and construction of this track, but he will need all of our help. I have included potential work day dates at the bottom of this message, let me or Brian know what dates would be good for you.
The track site itself is chain link fenced in and is 235’ X 400’ that will be utilized for the track; there is an area about the same size for the pit area on the South end of the track. There is ample room for spectator area’s on the East side of the track, and the North end of the track, there are restrooms on the North East side of the track, along with a pavilion that we will have access to for our race dates next to the restrooms. The ambulance building is a stone’s throw away literally so that will be better for us.
This will be a facility that we can be extremely proud of when completed, this will mark an exciting chapter for our club. Thank you all for your support over the past two years, it will all be worth it in the end.

I realize some of these dates are holiday weekends and that others may conflict with family matters, but any that you can help out will be a huge help.
