Re: PRO STREET !!!!!! WHO ARE YOU ?
Don't kid yourself. Pro Street is alive and well. Although the blowers and over inflated hood scoops are almost gone. Thank the Lord. less radical motors and more comfortable interiors are more what you are likely to see coming up. Those big ass tires are here to stay. I didn't see Joey's challenger mentioned.

Wow, nasty, and you're only recently tubbed. Actually, with the evolution of tire technology, it's common place now to run in the 7's on a 10.5 or 10.5W tired car. In most cases a properly tuned suspension will gain you as much traction as a big parasitic drag robbing slick will...
My buddy's wife just recently set the OSCA's Super Street record in the low 7's in a stock suspension Mustang (whatever the definition of a stock suspension is)
