Gas Station Ghost?

Tough to say what it is. It's a force of somekind, but then too it may be a glitch in the camera electronics, What made me think that was the vivid blue color, I'm wondering what would happen if they put another camera next to it.
Once they mentioned Parma, I was very curious, but I checked the call letters...WOIO, It's in Ohio... not the one 10 miles away... Dang

i think it could be paranormal. nothing that the skeptics say are making sense.if it was lent it would not be moving like that and especially not fly off somewhere then come back it is the way the blue mist moved waited for a long period of time then moved again. if it was lent or something else close to it, it wuold have been blown away a long time ago and not come back. plus you see the form of the mist and how it changes shape as it moves.if the camera was not a fixed camera i would see why people would think glitch is the problem.but the camera does not move the object does and has fluent movement to it.

I've heard some say they thought it was a blue plastic grocery bag.. I'm not sure about that either.
