One rainy night...
One particular night when I was little, shortly after the small shadow incident (posted in the shadow forum).
There seemed to be some commotion at our house.
I was sleeping and awoke to someone talking.. Then I heard thumping across the roof, which was impossible for a cat or other animal to get on since it was too high.
So I got up and realized my mother was talking with our neighbors, who lived in a duplex apartment that my mom had owned next door. They had said they had seen someone trying to get in through our back door. But they thought they had scared them off. (By the time my neighbor got outside they had dissappered)
I was supposed to be sleeping, but hearing this, I was worried after hearing the thumps on the roof, and so I was listening at what they were talking about, kneeling near the steps near my room.
As I leaned down, I seen one of my electronic toys blinking off and on.. and I knew there were no batteries in it.
Well..I didn't care if I got in trouble or not, I came flying down those steps, nearly tripping, in hysterics after hearing the noises on the roof, and seeing my toys blink on and off. (Especially after the E.T. incident...)
My neighbors wife, stayed with me in my room, while her husband and my mom checked out the attic.. they never found anything in there. But, there seemed to be too many strange things happening at once for no reason. I wonder if what our neighbors saw was a real person..??
