Re: deceased loved one shows up in my dream
There have been actual documented cases of levitation from very religious people.. monks, and popes.. I don't know if it has anything to do with the soul leaving the body. But maybe the spiritual aspect of one's self is so "light" that it has transcended matter into being "lighter than air".. I think it is probably the highest result of meditation.. (but don't quote me on that.. ) As for the exorcist, I do believe evil.. (negative) beings, can manifest enough energy to make a person levitate as well.. maybe a form of power, or control over a human..
As for the alien skin.. is this the only time you've drempt of them? Have you ever had "unexplained missing time" I know alot of abductee's don't even realize that they've had an experience until many years later, when they start to get glimpses of something that's happened, and alot of times they think it was only a dream.. Maybe that is why you're so drawn into the UFO phenomena?
Wow... wouldn't that be something!

Re: deceased loved one shows up in my dream
Heck...once you get 50...there is nothing but missing time.
But no, I've never experienced that, As I know. I am always having strange freams...ones that are way out there. Nothing common like metting your child hood sweetheart and she's still good looking, not 250# plus.
I just think all my dreams are not ordinary.

Re: deceased loved one shows up in my dream
Well.. I can honestly say you're not the only one.. mine usually don't ever make any sense..
My mom told me she drempt last night that my cat told her he was sorry for being such a bully (Timber likes to pick on Jack).. and that he loved her.. she said she could see his mouth forming the words, and he was meowing while he was talking.. hehehe.. I wonder what she ate before bed..

Re: deceased loved one shows up in my dream
That's a dandy dream though. And had meaning as well.
Often one or the other of us have dreams of Fred...Anything from him getting lost, to him walking in the door doing the victory dance ( on his hind legs ) ...High Fiving People.
Pretty strange dreams.

Ahh.. I had to laugh at the victory dance.. I had a dog that would do that to tell us he needed to go out.. Jack just sits and stares at you..
I've had dreams of Jack getting lost.. or hurt.. I guess your fears have a lot to play in a dream too..

Re: deceased loved one shows up in my dream
I think they do, just like a member of the family. The difference here is pets are quite a bit more dependant on you.
When Fred needs out he just looks at the door. To get back in he bangs his head on it now...he never used to do a thing. And he's to short to reach the doorbell.

Re: deceased loved one shows up in my dream
Jack hates to be out by himself.. I have to hook him up to a leash.. (too hyper and crazy outside to let him go free..) but I have to walk him all over the place.. If I hook him up, and come back into the house, he'll hit the side of it to "hollar" at me..
Doorbell.. that would be a pretty clever trick..

Re: deceased loved one shows up in my dream
Fred too has to find exactly the perfect spot, Sniffs and wanders...I think he could hold it for 3 weeks if he didn't find the right spot. But once he finds it...Anchors Aweigh!!!
Fred has a thing about door bells, must be the tone or something. It makes no matter if it's our...or on TV, The moment he hears the ding-dong he's barking & fur on his neck standing up.
If we know someone is comeing over we try to meet them before they ring it. Sort of ruins Trick or Treating.
