I'd be calling the phone company.
Is it a wired phone or a cell phone?
At least it has no Google entry. Usually when you enter a phone number into Google it shows user info ( unless they ... the person, not Google opts to have it removed. ) So many things happen with phones, that's why it interests me.
Anything ever happen in your life at that time?
On the other side of the coin...it may be a telemarketer.

I thought it might be a tellemarketer also, trust me i have few calling all the time. Only this call is at night, no talking or prerecording, i get that weird vibe, and its been the last four nights in a row!!
its probly nothing.......i hope!

There was an old Twilight Zone once about a lady getting phone calls from her dead husband. She kept hanging up on him because it was all static and spooky. Once she had it checked and realized who it was and wanted to talk back, he never called again. It was pretty cool.
Not sure how old you are or if you remember the original Twilight Zone even, but this was one of the better ones.
Like I say...strange thinks happen with phones very often. My sisters story verifies that.

I know that episode.. 
I would also question the time.. could it be a date of someone who has passed on.. birthdate maybe?
I would look into how many times it has happened.. for how long.. etc.. It could be nothing, but then, why would you feel that feeling?
I once had a voicemail on my cell phone, where someone was yelling, the message was completley garbled. ( I couldn't make out hardly anything) .. It didn't even show that I had any missed calls.. I thought, someone's playing a prank.. but the end of the message they said my name, and said something about an invitation.. it was really creepy.. still don't know what that was all about!

It was one of my favorite episodes.
The phones can be creepy and puzzling at times. I've had a few myself...the big one ya know about, I just had another in mind...but forgot it almost immediately. Man I hate that when it happens.

Im only 21 but i used to watch it w/ my great grandparents when i was little. Dont remember seeing that one though, what am i saying?!? I dont even remeber what i did an hour ago!! 
I dont think its anything significant to me......it happened again last night but i let the voicemail get it.....still tha same; just static. This will be five nights in a row and @ the same time!
I also found out some new info about my story on "footsteps"...
My house is in an area that used to be a massive indian burial site!
for some reason i dont think it was a ghost or animals on the roof, i BELIEVE it was something else! It hasn't happened again so i have no idea how to find out for sure and i probly will never find out for sure. oh well it was fun sharing my story and watching ppls eyes pop out and terified to spend the night!!  LOL!

That's really odd about the phone calls.. Have you ever answered it, and tried talking??
As for the Indian Burial Ground.. I bet that explains a lot! I agree with baddco, and think you probably will experience quite a few things around there..
I'd start keeping a journal of the unexplained things that happen. You never know, you might see some kind of pattern that might make sense later.
Larry.. I've learned if you find someplace to go that you feel might be haunted.. especially outside, it is much better to go while it's still light, and let it get dark while you're there.. it's not so scary.. you actually feel safer.. (at least I do..) You become more familiar with your surroundings that way, and you're not so spooked by every little thing.. Just in case...

Well i am kinda keeping a journal, here as my posts but i will start writing them down.
I got the same phone call again last night and my little sister was here and i answered it and let her listen in too, but nothing. Just static and the it hung up as usual!! It freaked her out but im getting used to it!
As far as haunted houses, when i lived w/ my mom i HAD to live there. Now i try to stay far away from them because being "sensitive" makes it hard do sleep or do anything, they wont leave you alone.
I agree w/ paar tracker, go there when its still light out.
If it were me i still would run away like a big ol chicken!!
hey, ive seen too much and felt too much to stick around! I know what they are capable of....eeep!

Let me ask you something pink... you said you know what they're capable of.. I have received alot of email asking if it is possible for a spirit/entity to touch you..
I have felt them touch me.. so, indeed, I believe it is possible. But is it possible that they can actually hurt you? I don't believe I am as sensitive as you are, I have seen a few things, but I think they are around all the time, and only sometimes you are able to pick it up.. (speaking for myself on that one)
And.. do you think they try to do that as a way to show you what happend.. or do you think they are just some who are evil and want to cause you harm?
