Once they come out with a teaser like that...just the still, no real video, everyone gets on the band wagon. Which is too bad, it kind of is dis-information, almost like a skeptic. And if it's on Lettermen, he'll play the game too ( Any grown man who eats dog food on national TV will go with anything )
Do you remember the Night time talk show 'Tomorrow' with Tom Snyder?? I really enjoyed that.

No, I never watch too many talk shows. I like Montel, but that is really the only one I have ever watched.
Yeah, I think they are going to make a big joke out of this. If it is real, it's not really going to matter, because no one will ever believe it anyway.

Eaxactly. And that is really too bad.
'Tomorrow' was a late night talk show, very serious in nature...no funny stuff, It was always very interesting, but I guess since nothing has come out like it...it didn't get good ratings. Which is too bad.

Have you looked on fancast? It's like HULU, where you can watch older tv shows.. they even have news and sports events on there, I haven't been there in a few weeks, but I'll have to check and see if it's on..

The kids really surprised me this year. I was out side doing some weeding, came in...the kitchen table was loaded with Pepsi. They bought me 12 cases of it. I should be good for a few months now.
Now I gotta see what gas has went up to, I'm down to about a quarter tank, and usually put in anywhere from $20 to $40 worth then. Yesterday it was at $4.11 a gallon. I'm expecting to see nearly $5.00 by the end of summer. And other than greed...there is no reason for that.

I'm with you on that.. I was surprised to see our gas has went up to $4.04 a gallon.. it's almost impossible to fill up anymore, unless you keep it at half a tank all the time. I think if they are going to keep raising prices, we should all get a high cost of living raise to make up for it.! Even the price of milk is high!
And the pepsi, I got tickled when you said that, I'm a pepsiholic too! Well, between that and coffee... I think it's pretty much a tie..

Heck...even a small cost of living raise would be good. I've been with this place nearly 6 years, once I hit the top of the pay scale ( after my first year ) I never got another raise. I got like 34 cents in cost of living raises in that time. They are on a pay freeze. Even though everything has gone way way up.
I buy $40 worth of gas now on Mondays. It used to...in April fill it up. Now I get about 3/4 of a tank. I'm expecting it to be about half a tank by Labor Day. ( My first job was a pump jockey I remember selling gas when I was 16 for $.09 @ gallon and we washed windows / checked oil & gave away trading stamps )
How things change!!!
I've alway prefered Pepsi. I think maybe I've drank 4 Cokes in my life...And never a coffee, I'd probably like it if I tried it. It smells great!! )

Wow.. .09 cents a gallon.. could you imagine if it was still like that today? Things have changed a lot.
A friend of mine was saying something about how on the west coast, some places still use those older type pumps, and they are made to stop at like $3.99 (or something like that).. anyway, she heard that there is one station that refuses to charge his customers anything more than that, and he's not going to change the pumps over.. pretty decent guy if you ask me..
