It's very rare to have it that cold here, but it has hit below zero a few times.. but it usually doesn't stick around that long, so even if it does snow, that's why it never lasts.. We're supposed to have flurries this week.. so guess we'll see..

We've not had the snow..but the last few days has been very cold for around here.. it's about 12:30 pm, and it's only 12*!!
No thank you... you can keep all that winter weather!

Our favorite was always getting the drive way cleaned out, then a slow plow would come and block it all back up..
We used to live on an old dirt road that was always so much fun trying to get into town.
But, we actually did get some snow this week.. but it's all gone now.. the last couple of days was in the 50's so, it wasn't so bad.

That's been my mission, The driveway. Not only alot of snow, but what happens once it's driven on...yep..it gets compacted and turns to ice, I've been in/out all day chipping away. I want to get it down to asphalt. It's a bit above 40* today, so it's easier, but we might get a huge one on Tuesday or Wednesday...depending on how it tracks.
Didn't you just get some ice too? Or was that maybe not as close as I thought it was?

Actually, we got some, but I think most of it blew over towards the mountains.. we live in the valley, and don't see as much as everyone around us.. We are supposed to be getting more on Tuesday.. so we'll see..
We've seen more snow this winter than we have over the last couple of years.. it's been more often, but it hasn't accumulated ... yet.. we usually get most of our good winter weather in feb or march..
