Japan's Pyramids

I seen this advertise on the Discovery Channel, about the newly discovered pyramids lying beneath the waters of Japan..

I didn't get a chance to watch it, but I'm wondering if you've heard anything about this?

Yes I have. I work with a person who is really into this, he mentioned it probably 2 years back. Along with the pyramids he mentioned a tomb area that if I remember right had lower than normal ceilings which were encrusted with assorted gems, thus upon entering with a torch or candle would give the appearance of a star lit sky. I always thought that to be very interesting, With different gems...he could get different colors as well... Imagine what that would look like upon entering!!!

Wow.. that would be cool.. One thing I wonder.. did they date these pyramids?... How weird would it be, if they all dated to about the same time? Without the means of transportation that we have today, how would different places all come to the same "pyramid" concept?

Doesn't that seem strange? I do believe that the builders of these structures did have outside help..

I need to talk to Dan, he was the one who explained it, About being under water and all, I'f I remember correctly he also mentioned they weren't exactly like the Egyptian pyramids...but they are pyramids. I'm also thinking he mentioned something about them being 3 sided, but that didn't make much sense. He told me many things about Japan before I saw it on The History Channel or Discovery Channel. Almost made me wonder if he had something to do with writing the scripts. Either that...or a huge case of déjà vu on my part emoticon

I'd love to hear it if you find out anything more.

I'll check with him, He starts his work week on Wednesday ( Glad I'm off the 12 hour rotation like he's on ) And he never answers his mail. I've been trying and trying to get him on here, He'd make both you and I look like mental midgets.

The step kids here both really enjoy The History Channel, Which really surprised me. They may not like the same ones I do...but we do all agree on the UFO Files.

I wish Frontier had National Geographic as a basic channel...would be a perfect world then.
