My earliest experience with a computer was an old one we used in school.. back when that was high tech.. emoticon They had the 5.25" floppys and a word processor.. bout all I can remember. My first computer was along the same lines. The coolest program I had was to be able to print out a banner.. hehehe.. quite a difference now.

If you happen to find one of those pyramid's on ebay, send me a link to it.. I'd love to see what one looks like..emoticon

I'll definetly surf eBay for you. Maybe that is where the Urban Legend developed that Twinkies would last forever?

First computer I ever ran was in our school library, A very early IBM had a 4" amber screen and displayed only numbers. I'm thinking that was right around 1970 or 1971.

Will let you know on eBay

Those are pretty cool.. especially the second one. But, of course quartz has been known to hold certain types of energy.

I'd use one as a paperweight.. emoticon Very pretty..

You got it, there are a few sites I've visited that have some of the neatest little gadgets. But then too...you are able to find needed things too, stuff that Wal-Mart no longer offers ( Classic Cars... hard to get 60's songs... Hmmm I better go get a mega millions ticket )

I just wanted to mention.. I was watching America's most wanted a couple weeks ago.. and they were talking about a man who got into that new age thing.. like back in the 70's (I think) anyway.. they showed him sitting inside one of those pyramids, meditating..

I don't think it helped him though.. he was one of the top 10 wanted criminals..

I'll bet he was wishing big time it would have helped. Back then, they were a big thing, Not sure if it would be called a fad or what, but they sure were popular.
