Technique
I have been leaving this topic out for a while.. but, if you are thinking of trying to experiment with Astral Travel, here is a good site that explains technique on how to go about doing it..
There are many sites available, and some might be more helpful than others. So, if you find a good one that you'd like to share, please add it here..

I will definitely read it, and submit others that may be of interest. This is another thing I believe in, not quite positive I've experienced, but have had similar I think they would be called feelings. Almost like feeling faint, Along those lines.

I've never been able to do this either.. but I have heard Syliva Browne say that most people do this at least once or twice a week, while they are asleep, and not even know it..??
I'd like to be aware of it.. I'm never aware when I'm dreaming either.. I can't say, wake up.. or even think about doing it when I'm asleep.

I think I'm a restless sleeper, My wife argues with me there. Besides snoring , it's the only way she knows I'm alive, I do nothing...but maybe talk once in a while. The funny part, I always think I've tossed and turned all night, and got no sleep.

Maybe your body was asleep.. but not your astral being.. 
Maybe you've been up and about and that's why you are so tired..
I think I go into a coma when I go to sleep.. I usually wake up feeling like I've been drugged.. My mom used to tell me that I'd sit right up, eyes wide open and have conversations, then lie back down.. she'd think I was awake.. My husband told me the same thing.. maybe that's why I feel so exhausted..hehehe..
I know I have dreams, but I rarely can remember them. I've tried writing them down, but I have a hard time remembering them once I wake up.

My dreams vary. Most I can remember, or think I remember. Most are violent types...you know, getting shot..pushed off a cliff , drowning ( Not good ones ) sometimes they are good...but then I either wake up, or get woken up and can't enjoy them. Like they are at the end of my sleep cycle. Maybe a reward for the nasty dream I had just before?
But I've never had one for something I would really enjoy... Like a ride in a space ship.

Maybe your dreams are trying to tell you something. They say that it's our way of subconsiously working something out..

Boy...I can certainly relate to the 'Test Dreams' mentioned. Not so much recently, but they were there not too many years back.
I do fall in my dreams...but never get to fly, that would be way to cool.
