I'm looking forward to it, What's it been..nearly 2 months?
Friday I want to get the Data Base squared away, I think I have the SSL working properly, the padlock shows up like it's supposed to..a good thing.
I got a letter from my ISP today, they are no longer doing the .us for URL's effective Aug 01, 2008 They said it won't affect me, but I can't see how not.
I wonder why they aren't doing that anymore? I'm thinking the government wants them, along the lines of .gov
What ya think?

That's a good point.. I didn't hear about that. Maybe they just mean for new sites?? If they do transfer it to something else, they should give you a year free..

I've not heard back from them but have done more checking, I think it applies only to WHOIS info, Used to be that you could opt it to display almost no info. Now it has pretty much everything except your dogs name.

I'm more concerned with the wackos out there. Or getting tons of junk snail mail. Nah...no top secret high tech gadgetry....Wish I did though. Make like interesting.
They explained nothing, never even responded to the email. I gotta see what options I have I think .net was taken too.
