Recent Phoenix Lights
I read the main story on the first page. Did you hear about the guy who admitted to it? He tied some road flares to helium filled balloons using monofilament fishing line, released them...and you see the results, He said air turbulance from a passing jet made them look more eerie. I do admit...they looked real. Even after zooming in on them.
Gotta give him credit, for pulling it off, and admitting to it.

Yeah, I heard about the latest interview.. how he had confessed.. at the time, no one had claimed to be the culprit..
That would be something clever enough to freak people out.. especially from a distance.. (need to do updates tomorrow..  )

It would have to be someone with a sense of humor.. makes me wonder though, do the one's who create hoaxes.. believe?? Or do they simply do it to prove a point??
It is also something that really gets under my skin.. only because so many people are looking for solid proof... obviously video doesn't prove anything.. what exactly would become conclusive proof? Other than obtaining a craft, or being?? Even then, the government would cover it up like they have before..
Then there is documented proof by government officials.... that makes you wonder how deep the proof is actually hidden..

I believe that any real & truthful proof is buried too deep for any of us to get to it, Wether it be the Freedom Of Information Act, or even a direct request from Congress or even George, I believe they would only be laughed at. I think there is tons of proof/documentation, but when it is provided..it's all blacked out anyway, so what is the point?
I agree with the hoaxsters making the whole topic look silly, I think they are paid to do so by the Government. Most often, any time a valid sighting happens, out come the hoaxsters, to make the whole thing look stupid. That is their mission in life.
I couldn't say if they are members of Government ( CIA / NASA / Whatever ) or if they are hired by them, but they do have just one mission, to take interest away, or make the real issue look stupid.

I couldn't agree with you more... I wonder sometimes too.. alot of hoaxsters don't even want to be interviewed or photographed.. that's kind of strange too.. don't you think??

It is very strange. I think once they are busted, or found out they should be put in the media. I mean celebs have it done...they have no choice. I have very strong feelings on this whole topic ( on UFO's in General ). If you ( The hoaxters ) don't believe...I'm okay with that..fine drop it, leave it at that, but don't try to make a big joke out of it, make it look like we are all cultists or alarmists or whatever. I feel one day, it's all going to come into the open and bite them all in the butt.

I feel just like you do.. and I agree with that.. I think one day they will be apologizing to believers wishing they had paid more attention..
I seriously think it's only a matter of time when we will see "contact".. and I do think it will be in our lifetime.. even with all the technologies that we have.. there will be no way to deny what is really happening..

The only way we could deny it is if they have our drinking water so doped up we are all in a trance and don't know if we are human or banana splits, but you are 100% right on it being in our life times. I'll take that 1 further, My mom is 88 years old, I believe she will be around too witness the first big contact.
Then I want to see the administration cover that up.

Well.. I've always felt it would be rather soon.. and there would be no way for them to cover it up..
Some people believe in doomsday, as 2012.. I don't really figure it like that, but I do believe it is an important year.. there are too many things that tie that specific year in.. and the prophecies of 2012 do not necessarily mean destruction.. from what I understand, it is going to mean some kind of "awakening".. and that's when I think they will really show themselves.
Or.. maybe they're already here and WE will become awakened in the sense.. (kind of like the movie "They Live") 
But, I'm still up in the air as to what their intentions are.. the last few months, things have really made me question that.. but, I do believe it will be something that no one, not even the government will be able to deny because it will be.. right in your face.
