Conspiracy theories
Since we seem to have so many thoughts on conspiracies and the like, I decided to add this forum to put specific threads about them here.
I recently found this posted on the Above Top Secret forum, being the X-Files fan that I am, I always thought there were episodes that really seemed to portray "the truth"..
This was from the X-Files spin-off.. The Lone Gunman.. which didn't stay on the air very long,.. but I felt that I needed to post it here.. Would like to hear your thoughts..

I listen often to Alex Jones, he brings this up often, The most interesting part is of building 7 at the World Trades Site. The BBC reported it before it happened, like 4 minutes early...they knew. The Firemen & rescue workers were evacuated only seconds before. Modulation Man has to drop by & post on this, he's way more informed.
I heard a few things today that were rather bone chilling, Was a news report or something along those lines, about how we need another 9-11.
Supposedly the average American is believed to be dumber than a box of rocks. I'm not so sure this is true, I'm thinking they want to believe everything is good, we are being told the truth, If it would ever be made public as to what happened exactly on 9/11 I think that would be way worse than ET ever introducing himself.

I agree.. I think most people have a general understanding of what really happened.. and for them to even think that we need another event such as this is uncomprehendable.
I also heard that, that Bush had said when the second tower was hit.. "not again".. ? I don't know how true that was, but the second one was the only one caught on tape, from what I remember, they claim that Bush said he saw the "news report" on the way to the school about the first tower being hit..
Seems kind of impossible to me, unless he had already known it was going to happen.

Bingo.
I'm not sure any of us really want to know what happened...exactly. I think we would all lose what remaining faith we have in our government.
But it's not like it's anything new...We've been kept in the dark, or lied to about so many things, almost from the beginning of America.

I know what you mean.. I researched the conspiracy theory about 9-11 a little bit some time ago.. and I saw a video of the plane that "hit" the pentagon.. looks pretty odd to me..
Just found out on our local news that several police officers in our town were being investigated over planting evidence on a man they were arresting.. it showed a video where a man was getting out of his car with his hands up.. had a warrant on him I guess.. but they let their police dog chew him up as they were trying to get him to the ground.. then it looked as if the police officer pulled something from his shirt pocket, and place it into the man's back pocket.. Seems like the only time our town hits the news, it's over something our police have done.. really makes me sick.
What's so bad about that is the man was getting out of his car with his hands up.. he ended up spending four days in the hospital from "resisting arrest"..
I think there are way too many crooked officials, it is so hard to trust the one's you are supposed to.

Sometime..listen to Alex Jones, or go to his site.
I'm not certain 100% is true of what he says. But even if say 10% of what he says has facts behind it, We are all in a world of hurt.
But do listen to him sometime.

I will have to do that.. You know.. I never realized the amount of online radio that existed.. especially dealing with topics of this nature, until I started this site.. lots of good programs..

You are right, and try to focus your available time on just one or two is impossible. For my car radio...I could have 50 AM presets...and it wouldn't be enough. There is lots of good information out there.
