The Moon
Okay... Sticking my neck out on this one...ya all are gonna think I finally snapped. A Multi-part thing.
1. Do you really think we went to the moon? I'm not sure we did, I would like to believe we did, but there is so much information disputing that... I'm still a hung jury there. OK..if we did really go there, How much of the Apollo 11 things you've heard about are true? ( If ya need a refresher...ask...I'll give you info )
2. I hear ( more ten years ago than now ) that the moon is hollow... something manufactured , A Noah's Ark type thing. I've read where at one time there wasn't a moon ( Thus the Dark Ages ) and basically it just popped up at some point. I've also read where at one time the moon loomed just a few thousand miles away...was huge in the sky.
What's your take?

Re: The Moon
Wow.. well, I've never heard the "hollow" theory.. but I do know of several people that don't believe we ever made it to the moon.
We had a good friend that told us several years ago, that when all that happened.. He worked for CBS.
He told us, that they had actually created a set.. "just in case" something happend to the "real footage" of us landing. That way, they could cut away to the set footage.. and would still be able to broadcast.
My mom was just out of high school when this happend, and she believes what she saw was the real deal.
I have mixed feelings. I'd like to think we actually made it, but there are so many convincing theories about how we didn't. I try to keep an open mind on everything I hear.. even now, seeing isn't actually believing.
Here's an article I found that might be of interest:

Re: The Moon
Awesome link, Thank You. I'd like to believe we went there, but I really don't want to commit. My big thought is...if we did go, Why don't we still go? I'd hate to think we were actually warned off...Some of the other things I've been reading. To me it would be very much the same as driving from New York to Seattle, And turning around once you arrived, because there was nothing to do there. Spend lots of money...and never go again, I keep wondering about that.

Re: The Moon
I have wondered the same things.. seems to me they'd want to further study anything they could about the moon. Just like they do with everything else..
Out of curiousity while writing this post, I was thinking about their idea's about establishing a base on the moon, and whatever happend to that idea.. I did a search and found this...
HOUSTON, Texas (CNN) -- NASA's plans for returning people to the moon -- an objective called for by President Bush in 2004 -- includes establishing a permanent outpost that would be used to prepare for a manned trip to Mars.
The moon base would be at either the north or south pole of the moon, NASA Deputy Administrator Shana Dale said during a news conference Monday at the Johnson Space Center in Houston.
Increased sunlight at the poles would allow better use of solar energy to power the outpost, she said.
NASA's lunar architecture team decided it would be better to establish a base than to conduct individual missions to the moon, as in the Apollo program of the 1960s and 1970s, she said.

If we have been there, I would love to see us go back.

Re: The Moon
See...it can still go either way, nothing concrete. Something like the page about the top 10 UFO stories debunked. Now, it's my turn...check out this link once....
http://www.ufocasebook.com/Astronaut.html
Scroll down to here: Neil Armstrong & Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin ( about half way down the page )
If I read it right...there is already a station there, It just isn't ours. I'm really starting to lean towards the idea that we did get there, but again we were either warned or scared off. That whole idea is really starting making sense.
Just my way of reading things maybe.

Re: The Moon
Yes, I have read that report before. I think perhaps, if they didn't see what they claim they did, why would they risk their name after making history?
I think maybe there is truth to this, I have seen tv interviews where they would walk around the question.. like they just didn't want to talk about it.. Cover up? I think the government thinks we can't handle what is really going on..
Whether there is a base on the moon, or not, I can't say. But, I think eventually there will be no denying proof.. I believe that E.T.'s will soon start showing themselves, and there will be no way the government can cover it up. If these beings are on the moon, and what they said is true... I could see why they wouldn't want to go back anytime soon..

Re: The Moon
Amazing what a good nights sleep does for the brain, Isn't it? I was going to bring this up last night, but was unsure the best way to put it..or make it sound correct.
A different topic I've been following is Government (s) and alien races/species being in cahoots ( for lack of a better term ) for decades.
I could agree with this quite alot. One thing that makes me agree is ever since Roswell...and before is how technology has increased. For years and centuries we were just trudging along with what we had. A UFO crashes in New Mexico ( or not...maybe it was a weather balloon ) and soon after we have all kinds cool toys we never imagined possible.
We get computers and transistors and lasars. Pretty cool I think. I've seen this all debunked on The History Channel or The Sci-Fi Channel...but the debunkers were just on some kind of ego trip.
I truly believe there is something to all this, We didn't just wake up one morning and start creating. At some point we had to be given a hint or road map or some kind of instruction.
I only wonder what we are offering in trade??

Re: The Moon
I totally agree. Have you ever read the book, The Day After Roswell? Very interesting, so far, I still haven't finished it yet.
I think there is some trading going on, of some sort. This is one theory I've heard:
Aliens have access to our DNA - hence abductions. They are not to harm us, but are able to study us, like we would study animals, plants.. etc. Animals, on the other hand, I think they are basically free to do whatever they wish, "cattle mutilations", in return, they give our government certain technology.
I think they’ve been doing experiments even before Roswell, but I really don’t think they intend to harm us. I think when Roswell happened; they made this deal with the government to actually help us as well.
These are just my thoughts. I would like to think they are not hostile. As for the moon, and an alien base station, I’m wondering, even with amateur astronomers, wouldn’t there be some kind of proof, showing them flying near the moon? Or could they be covering this up as well?

Re: The Moon
My understanding on the testing and experimentation on us lucky humans is alot along the same lines. I've read where the common / basic ( not right term ) grays are friendly. The nasty buggers that to all the testing and prodding are the ' Insectoids ' the ones that look more like a human-sized preying mantis. I've never been abducted so I really can't verify. ( I have an Uncle who dosen't claim to have been abducted but had his hemorrhoids fixed by aliens in his bedroom ) I tried having him write up a bit on it, but he's pretty reluctant.
On the amateur astronomers not being able to verify or document...you may be onto something with the cover up, I just felt that all the partying is going on, on the dark side of the moon...Which we never see ( And if we could we would be in shock )
Does that make any sense?
