my grandmother's still in hospital on the other side of the country, and has been for almost a week. She's *very* ill and it looks like she probably won't recover. emoticon

What made me sad today was receiving flowers from somebody and not being able to thank them the way they really deserved it.

-Waking up,
-Mum telling me what jobs to do and being able to create them out of nothingness,
-Not being able to go out tonight because of work both tonight and tomorrow morning.

Edit- note: I'm not actually sad about going to work, I enjoy it so far, it's just the limitation it puts on me
