The fact that when I woke up sober today I realised that I missed a couple of opportunites last night that I really shouldn't have

*Thinking of my dad and how he was treated. (He died 5 yrs ago. Gulf war stuff.)

I've had a really bad allergic reaction to something, and for the past day or so I've had a *very* tight chest. It seems to be improving now, though, so I should be back in action by the end of the day, I reckon.
