Re: Hello Hello I must admit I've not read any of his others, but I did mean to read both of those you mention. And in case anyone is interested, the author of these books is Andrey Kurkov. I was lucky enough to be able to attend a reading and question/answer session he did a couple of years ago. Seemed a very intelligent and funny man. He signed my copy of the book and drew a penguin in it as well.
