Gah! Satellite/cable channels again emoticon

I've been revisiting CRIME STORY, one of my favourite television shows of the 1980s; and I love it even more than MIAMI VICE, which is saying something!

Life on Mars - Series 1 & 2 within 2 weeks!

Grey's Anatomy - Yes it's like a soap but a very good one.

House - Really can't get enough of Hugh Laurie. I got the 2nd series box set for my bday today.

Just finished series one of The Wire. Can't wait to start series two; it's everything I've been led to believe and much more besides. Yay!

Watched Primeval. Good series. Not the best but it's better than freaking doctor who and torchwood.

Series two of the Wire done. Even better than the first (if such a thing is possible). I may have to pay full price and get the third now, now, now.

Re: Track your television viewing 2007

I watched tonight's episode of SUPERNATURAL and really enjoyed it. It's not perfect, but it reminded me a little of KOLCHAK: THE NIGHT STALKER, and there hasn't been a series like that for a long time. (Well, if you discount the new NIGHT STALKER series, which is utter rubbish due to its flashy visuals and its recasting of Carl Kolchak as a rather dapper young fellow, rather than the grizzly-naive misanthrope that Darren McGavin played in the original series.)

In fact, I enjoyed tonight's episode of SUPERNATURAL so much that I've just ordered the Australian DVD set of the first series (for £12). I'm looking forward to dipping into the series over the summer.

www.cd-wow.com is the best place.

I ordered the second series of the new BATTLESTAR GALACTICA from them when it was first released; it only cost me £15-99.
