My theory:
It is known that the female mating hormones kick in later than the male at about the same ages that are reported.
The male teachers are just taking advantage of the girls, while the reverse is mutually satisfying.

I think its just nature.Women rach their sexual peak between 35 and 45 and males between13 and 23.A teacher may just be picking up on the physical maturity of the boys but most males of this age are imature emotionally and psychologically.
People also think of males as being more predatory than females and think the latter more nurturing.So they are likely to accept that the older woman is teaching the younger male.As women gain more power in society I think we will see more disparity between the ages and a reverse of what we have now with men on average being older than women.It used to be men were 4 years on average older than their partner on marriage but the figure is now down to a year and a half.

If I was a teacher at the high school level and a student was over 18, I know I would let them know. Some of those young men are very well built nowadays

someone mentioned that if the student was of age, it wouldn't be illegal. i think it is still illegal. i heard about a psycologist a few days ago who was being criminally charged with being romantically involved with an adult patient. i'm not sure if it was in canada or the us. it's not the exact same situation, but there's still a code of conduct these people agree to when they are in this type of profession.
either way, if it's legal, you would definately be fired, and have a lot of trouble getting another job.

Because I´m working in the academic sphere my students are all older than 20 - but a fundamental basic rule of my job is: Work is work and schnapps is schnapps.
F.cking with one of my students is an absolutely NO-GO. Not because I´m prudish. In reality I´m the opposite of prudish. I love strong muscles and strong c.cks. But the situation would automatically abolish all possibilities to do my work. Beyond any other consequences. I can´t have the penis of a man inside of me during night-time and than being his teacher and so-to-say "boss" during daylight. That doesn´t works. Not to talk about the possibility to be blackmailed.
For no misunderstanding: I know from my own experiences that work relationships can easily turn into private, intimate relationships - and that this can be very positive. I´m married with a collegue and we first met us at work. But it´s another case with students. And it even would be another case with my boss, the director of our institute (it´s a female), too. It simply wouldn´t work, too, if I would become her lover. Beyond the fact that I´ve a strong lesbian side in me.
So: Hand´s off from your students!!! Use your brain when it´s necessary!!!

here in southern Ontario, it seems like every month we hear about teachers having sex with one of their students .You would think that they'd know better.
Although the age of consent here is 16,teachers, both male and female, get charged for crossing the line.
The end result is usually the teacher losing his or her job,getting put on the national sex registry and having a criminal record.
