Best Appearance by a Recurring Character in a Story
I'd also like to nomiate a new category - Best Moment From A Recurring Supporting Character in a fan ficition story.
For example, choices could be Dom, Aurora, Sammy Jo, Verbena, Donna, Stephen, Dr. Connors, Dr. Garner, Hawkins, Lothos, Adam, characters from Starbright and Quantum Retribution, etc.
The nominations could be based on: which character stood out the most this year in a scene and in which story as well...
I would have to say best use of a recurring character was Lothos from "Give Me Liberty..." The scene where he finally emerges and says "You can call me...Lothos..." was very memorable and eerie.
Honorable mention I would give to Sammy Jo and the birth of Isabella in "Killin' More Time" by Damon Sugameli
