It doesn't work
Well actually the site is in update process (i guess) because it has the forum, photo gallery but the program to download isn't there. I hope it will be because I really need it!!!

Yes, it works on Vista, that's what I use. On the laptop I'm on however, is Windows XP, but I don't use WoW on here so I dunno about XP. Most likely, though, because it doesn't say "NOT tested on Windows XP" on there. Says that for Vista, though.
