Some of the Rogers wires didn't have a name on them, so good chance these are original, since they don't say "Taiwan."

Looks real to me, and the wires look like Rogers.
I have a Dayton Powertone snare with the shiny paint inside: I think they were trying to enhance the sound, like a Dyna with the lacquer inside. I can't think of another reason to go shiny on the snares and still use the flat in the other drums.
