Good to be back! Apologies for my recent absence i have had the misfortune of being in a car crash on the motorway and suffered neck and back injuries I am pleased to say tho that i am well on the road to recovery, the other drive had admitted liability immediately so its only getting my poor self back to normal again that i've had to worry about. Getting excited already for the grass court season just 2.5 months away now and the french open hasnt even happened lol. wish me luck for the stella artois and and wimbledon ticket ballots and i shall hope to provide you with lots of reports and photos!

You must be fit for the upcoming grasscourt season. I hope that we will see many pics and loads of reports, especially of Mark as we scuders really need to get some people out there seeing Mark play live again!

Re: Good to be back! Thanks DBC, I'm pleased to say it has all been sorted and I am back on the road with a gleaming car, I hardly recognise it! I have made a near complete recovery, so really couldn't ask for more.
I had an accident on the motorway in June 2003, a lorry 'fishtailed' me and I spun off in front of him. My guardian angel was certainly watching over me that day - but I know how long it can take you to heal - not just the physical healing but the mental healing. I still wince when I pass a lorry on the motorway.
I had tickets to Wimbledon this year but decided to send them back, the roof is off the centre court this year and I think that it is not going to be the same, it will be noisy and distracting.
Not going to Stella either - first year in ages I haven't been to either!!
