Very sad news for Anne. Her dear husband, Allen has passed away overnight
I asked permission of Anne before posting as she has kept this news private for a long time.
Approximately, a year ago, Anne's husband was diagnosed with Liver Cancer. The prognosis at the time was not clear and Allen was given many conventional and experimental treatments in an attempt to shrink the tumours.
Unfortunately, things have esculated quickly in the past few weeks and the prognosis is not encouraging. Allen is back home being cared for by Anne.
Can you please send your thoughts, love, prayers and vibes to Anne and especially to Allen through this stessful time.
It's a bit of a shock to the all of them how quickly this has progressed.
I hope I haven't said to much and if I can say more, I'll let you know.

I have very sad news.
I'm sorry it has taken all day to post. I tried to sneak at work but somehow my message didn't post.
Anne's dear husband, Allen, passed away last night.
My deepest and sincerest sympathy to Anne  and her family. Allen is now at peace.
Anne has asked that we pray for Allen's soul

If 'd realised you couldn't manage during the day, I'd have posted the sad news yesterday.
I've e-mailed Anne, but also sent her a letter by snail mail.
She's had a very tough few months & it's not going to get any easier.
We hope that her grandchildren will bring her comfort at this difficult time.

Dear, Dear Anne you have my sincere sympathy. It is not fair how loved ones are taken away from us. You may be aware that my brother died of a heart attack at the age of 42, 2 weeks ago. So I hope you know that I can understand what space you are in at the moment, just before the festive season (not that any time is a good time).

Jay, my condolences to you, my brother survived his 2 years ago, so he was lucky; unfortunately your brother was at the worst age, for some reason the young ones are the most likely to go suddenly, but it must have been a tremendous shock for all the family.
