SO an Aussie accent might not be the basis of a lasting relationship, but for Los Angeles divorcee Jodie Fisher it might have been enough.
Fisher was a "cougar" on Mark Philippoussis's US reality show, Age of Love, which sees the Aussie tennis champ date 13 women from two groups -- the kittens in their 20s and the 40-something cougars.
"His accent alone is so incredible sexy," Fisher gushed from Tinseltown yesterday, despite being voted off the show by the Poo, who declared the mum of one just a friend.
"I just wanted him to sit there and talk to me all day."
One of the oldest hopefuls at 46, Fisher admitted she had no idea who Philippoussis was before the show, despite producers touting him as one of the most eligible men in America.
"As soon as I got off the show, I Googled him and found out about the girls he'd dated," she said.
Fisher believes the ace will choose a kitten in keeping with his penchant for dating younger woman, such as a 19-year-old Delta Goodrem.
To celebrate the show's Aussie debut tonight at 9.30pm, Confidential and Channel 7 are offering one lucky person two tickets to the 2008 Australian Open and a $500 gift voucher to Smitten Kitten lingerie.
To win, simply name one of the Scud's famous ex-girlfriends.
