Bio-N for lablab growth in bangus fishponds

Lablab, an algal mat, is induced to grow in bangus fishponds as food for bangus. I've been reading about Bio-N as substitute fertilizer for rice and corn.

I wonder whether anybody has used Bio-N to induce the growth lablab? If so, that would really reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, e.g. urea and 18-46-0, and make bangus farming more environment friendly.
