It has been a week already since I last heard from jadlamracing about the faulty item. In fact, when I emailed them, they just asked me to send the photo of wrong shipment but nothing since, although I sent a couple of emails to follow up. I'll ask them for the last time and will definitely post a negative comment.

Ugh, I can't believe they haven't fixed this (well yes...maybe I can!). I got sent a wrong item too but in my case it was something I didn't have so I just kept it and didn't even bother pointing it out to them. I figured it would be something I'd end up paying to fix anyway.

I am beginning to wish that I hadn't recommended Jadlam Racing at all. I can't believe how many problems you all are having with them. I am beginning to wonder if I just lucked out or something because I honestly have no complaints with them. I received every item that I ordered from them in a very timely manner, there were no screw-ups with my orders whatsoever and I got a good price for everything that I bought from them to boot. I honestly don't know what to think.

Julia, please don't think that way. I was just unlucky. I guess they sell more of other products than SF. SF must be relatively new to them so it is easy for them to make an error in sending the items. Having said that, I would feel much better if they showed some intention to fix the problem.
Cathy, no matter how much I want to get rid of this oakwood manor house (storage is my biggest problem), I noticed the highest bidding price is now only GBP 32 and there is just one more day to go. It will be much cheaper for you. I paid GBP 55 for it and would like to sell at GBP 75 (covering part of the shipping cost I paid).

I eventually ended up owning the second oakwood manor house!
After numerous follow ups, the seller gave me two options, i.e. keeping the manor house, or returning it in exchange for the treehouse BUT they will give me the refund for the shipping cost of GBP 20 only while the actual cost for me to send it back is GBP 53. The most upsetting part is when they said "extortionate cost of returning e.g. £50 - £60 to return is a ridiculous amount of money to return one parcel". I think they forgot that if I order just one treehouse, they'll charge me GBP 40 for the shipping cost!!!

I am so sorry about all of this. File a dispute against them through PayPal. I had to do it with another seller awhile back and I was refunded every penny I had spent. They are the ones that screwed up, not you. It is a very easy process and should help rectify this mess. Again, I am so sorry.
