Original Log Cabin & Box on Yahoo Several people were interested in this item when it was on ebay, well now there is one on Yahoo Japan and its even better It comes in original box, having splashed out on skunks I have no show with this item but would love it to go to someone from here so we know whats happened to it.

Even for this rare gem, I think that's pretty expensive. They normally go for about $200-$300. But, the more time that passes, the rarer that house gets. So maybe it's value is going up again.

Re: Original Log Cabin & Box on Yahoo That's what I hate about ebay, it just gets out of control. So many times I've seen stuff sell for high prices and I say to myself I can ind that for less in an existing online shop. Just to prove it to myself I go and find it. It must be the fervour!
$300.00 would definitely be the max that I would pay for the Log Cabin in this situation. However, for the house alone with no accessories, I would only be willing to pay $100.00 for it. I don't think the house itself is increasing in value, however I do believe that some very over zealous bidders were involved in the auction. It is probably a case of someone wanting it bad enough that they were willing to place a bid as high as they did just so they would win it.

But I have noticed that when a rare items sells for a very high price it is often followed by a flurry of others selling off the same item and the price goes down each time as the desperate bidders get their item.
