This is one building i would like to add to my collection,but i would never pay that much for it

KiwiDelight has told me about this item, she had one she got from Wendy. Not at this price though as that is nearly $1000NZ - what a killer!

It is rare! I was collecting for 15 years before I even knew it existed??? The only place I had seen it prior to Wendy listing it in the Figure Shoppe was as a cartoon on one of the Professor Merriweather playing cards. It is completely delightful and was my most prized SF building I think because of its rarity adn it "moves"! You wind it up using the water wheel and the little stampers all work up and down in sequence! AMAZING! I paid $139 US plus postage from Wendy in her May listing of 2008. That is expensive in NZ dollars (about $250 at the time) but I thought it was worth every cent! I'd be interested to find out if it sells.
