Bathroom remodel
Today we just worked on some small projects for dd's first house. We did the bathroom, then a little work on the nursery and some other floors. I want to wallpaper the whole house as soon as I can find papers I like, and we also need to make curtains!
You can see all the mess of papers and floors behind the house!

All4Her, again you have outdone yourself. The house looks stunning it must have taken you ages to do! How did the wallpapering go as I have been thinking about giving it a go myself.

Yes well we never found any fabric scraps and I was looking at the windows thinking "wait...I can rig something up temporarily" and thus the rolled shade was born. LOL
It will get something real in time...although I think I like that the shades don't bulk out like curtains.
It didn't take too long, I guess about an hour or so to do the bathroom and paper the 3rd floor. If you saw the 3rd floor up close you'd see it's faaaar from perfect but my goodness those walls are shaped wacky. It works for toy.

I hadn't noticed it until you mentioned it. That looks just like real tile floor...really impressive. How did you do that?

It is just a sheet of flooring meant for miniature doll houses. I got a few different tile styles (the kitchen has some) as well as some wood flooring (that actually is thin wood, not plastic - haven't used it yet) and some carpets. I LOVE shopping for the doll house goods because it adds that realistic touch. I use:

I can't wait to use all my brick pavers and cobblestones and such. I've got so many goodies and no time to work on it.
