After several months away from my Sylvanian collection, I've returned My foray into the world of Z scale model railroads has been very good for me. I learned so much about working in a miniature world, about how great people (mostly men in the railroad world) are all over the globe, and about how I need to follow my heart when it comes to my hobbies.
Currently, I'm in the process of putting away my train workshop and clearing the way to begin cataloguing three boxes of Japanese figures and Misty Forest items that have been patiently waiting for me. I also have a shipment coming from Anita in the near future which will also require cataloguing.
Gosh! I haven't even opened the doors to my storage spaces for so very long I have no idea how much room I have left. Once the storage is filled, and I'm getting close, my collecting will pretty much come to an end. That doesn't mean I won't be enjoying my Sylvanians, though it will mean more money to be socked away for retirement - which isn't as far off as it used to be
I have a lot of posts to read and new people to meet hear on the board. It's good to be back
