New Calico Critters 2009/10?
It looks like the new building (most likely to come out next fall) will be the New Country Tree House, the same one that came out in the UK last year.
So, all of you in the US can hold off buying it and paying the super expensive overseas shipping.
Also, it looks like they might re-release the Petite bears, as they are being given away as prizes in their spring contest.

They say the house is coming soon. I admit I'm guessing on the Petites being re-released, but the family is a contest prize, and they tend to give out an upcoming new family as a contest prize (for example, the Bamboos were the 2nd prize for their contest last year).
Other CC information I typically pull off the web doing Google searches, some store somewhere typically lists the coming soon items as soon as they are printed in Int Play's wholesale catalog.

Thanks Wendy! I was hoping they'd release the treehouse here. I'm not sure if I've got room for it or not, but at least I won't pay a fortune on shipping if I buy it.
And it does look like the same treehouse as the one that was released in the UK. However, the accessories that come with it may vary from what was released with the treehouse in the UK. I know that when the UK Grand Hotel was released in the US as the Cloverfield Manor many of the UK accessories were missing. But at least we'll get the building.

I absolutely love my Old Oak Hollow Tree House. It was going to be a Yule present from my kids, but my husband purchased it for me along with all the little furniture sets that went with it and the children bought me the UK Grand Hotel. I lucked out though when I ordered it because I was able to get the Tree House and all four furniture sets for $198.50 which also included the cost of shipping.
There is an online shop that carries the Tree House and the furniture sets that ships from the US so you do save on shipping. However, the Tree House itself is a bit steep $250.00. But the price of the furniture sets for it are quite reasonable.
