JP Club Package !

Hey everyone ! Just got back for camp ! Anyways, I got news that members of the JP club will recieve a package from the Club which includes the Pink-tipping Rabbit Sister ~! Which is similar to the Lavender Rabbit with different clothes and pink-tipped ears.

Where can I join the JP club? I recently joined the UK club for dd and she was so excited to get her mail today, but I didn't know the JP club was available to everyone.
