Time Zones/Times

Is there a special place to put in one's time zone/time? I guess it's not a huge deal, but I thought it was weird that it says the post I just left was at 8:something AM. Due to Daylight Savings time (stupid losing 1 hour of sleep!!), it's now 12:something PM. I just find it funny.

How...odd. O_O; I hadn't noticed the distinct lack of a "time zone" function.

Maybe it's in there somewhere and I haven't found it yet...
