Does anyone know this cats name and when she was made? Is she a UK/US or Japanese Sylvanian?

That looks like Esme Chantilly but her outfit's different. She's a cream cat from UK.

It is Esme, the dress is right, but she isn't supposed to be wearing a hat (the "hat" is actually a Puddleford duckling bib).

So there are two Esmes?

The one I'm familiar with is Esme Huckleberry, the brown dog girl from Sylvanian Families 5 for GBA.

I hadn't thought about it, but, yep, it looks like there are 2 Esmes. It isn't the first time they've repeated names. I think they've used Willow three times.

That's not a bad thing IMHO. Willow and Esme are both cute names. (Though saying the latter in front of Granny Weatherwax could be hazardous to your health or sanity. :3)
