Any suggestions.....

Hello, I am wallpapering my display cabinets to give them color and background scenes for my Sylvanian collection. I am in need of realistic looking pine or evergreen trees pictures to paste on the wallpaper. Any ideas where I might find those? Or even pastures or meadows that I can cut and paste? Any help would be appreciated!

Candy

Hey Candy, I am not sure if you are keen to do it but many JP collectors cut out their own hills, trees and shrubs from construction paper.

Thanks Shauna! That helps a lot! I can save money by printing the landscape pictures than buying them elsewhere.

Rockie...construction paper? Um, I wanted backgrounds to look real not just shapes of trees. Thanks for your suggestion, though. emoticon

Shauna....those wallpapers are fantastic. emoticon

Candy....you are going to have to make sure to take lots of pictures of your display cabinets once they are finished. I know they are going to look great once you have them completed. emoticon

Rocky....poor baby....you tried. emoticon

Candy,

I don't think the wallpapers suggested will be large enough to do what you want. They're meant to be wallpapers for computer screens.

Here are some mural-type images that you might like. They're usually used for model railroading, but might be useful for your application...

Eastern US Hills and Mountains

Western US Hills and Mountains

US Hills and Mountains

Mountains and Sky

Various US Backgournds

All Kinds of Backdrops

E-Z Scenes Backdrops

Also, do a Goggle search for model railroad backgrounds to see what else is out there. HTH emoticon
